Commercial fit-outs
Workplaces, clinics and retail interiors planned around operations first and finished to take commercial wear.
We work on studio and office floors, clinical practices, and small retail. The common thread is that all three are judged on how they operate rather than on how they photograph — a waiting room that is acoustically wrong is a bad room no matter what it is made of. Most of our commercial work is phased around a business that cannot close, which means night and weekend working, dust separation that actually holds, and a programme built around your operating hours rather than ours.
We coordinate directly with your MEP and structural consultants and will attend their meetings rather than exchanging drawings by email. Landlord approvals and statutory submissions are prepared by us but submitted in your name, since the covenant sits with you. For clinical fit-outs we work to the relevant infection-control and accessibility requirements from the first plan, not as a compliance pass at the end.
