Five ways to work with the studio.
Every scope below states what is included and — more usefully — what is not. An enquiry for work we do not do costs you more time than a short list costs us.
01
Full home interiors
End-to-end design for a whole residence, from planning through to the day the furniture arrives.
- Duration
- 18–28 WEEKS
- Fee basis
- A design fee charged per square foot of treated area, quoted as a fixed sum once the scope is agreed at consultation. Execution is billed separately and at cost against the priced specification, so what you pay a supplier is what the supplier charged.

- Site survey and measured drawings
- Space planning and furniture layouts
- Concept presentation with material direction
- Full material, finish and fixture specification
- Bespoke joinery design and shop drawings
- Lighting layout and electrical setting-out
- Procurement schedule and supplier coordination
- Site supervision through execution
- Styling and handover
Not included
- Structural engineering and statutory approvals
- HVAC design and civil works
- Society permissions and municipal liaison

Kitchens and modular joinery
Kitchens, wardrobes and storage designed around how the household actually uses them, then built to drawing.
- Duration
- 8–12 WEEKS
- Fee basis
- A fixed design fee per running foot of joinery, quoted from the measured survey. Fabrication and installation are quoted separately once the shop drawings are signed off.

- Appliance and services planning
- Ergonomic layout and counter heights set to the client
- Carcass, shutter and hardware specification
- Shop drawings for the fabricator
- Finish samples for sign-off
- Installation supervision and snagging

- Appliance supply unless separately agreed
- Plumbing and electrical first-fix

Commercial fit-outs
Workplaces, clinics and retail interiors planned around operations first and finished to take commercial wear.
- Duration
- 14–24 WEEKS
- Fee basis
- A percentage of the total fit-out value, stepping down as the value rises, agreed before appointment. For phased works we quote each phase separately so you are never committed beyond the phase in progress.

- Occupancy and circulation planning
- Services coordination with consultants
- Acoustic and lighting strategy
- Commercial-grade material specification
- Signage and wayfinding direction
- Phased execution programme
Not included
- Statutory submission fees and landlord charges
- MEP, structural and fire consultancy
- IT and AV infrastructure
04
Consultation only
A single paid session and a written direction, for clients who want to execute the work themselves.
- Duration
- ONE SESSION
- Fee basis
- A fixed fee per session, payable in advance and credited in full against a full-scope appointment made within three months.
Included
- One site visit or studio session
- Verbal direction on layout, light and material
- A written summary with a material direction
- A supplier and trade shortlist
Not included
- Drawings, specification or procurement
- Site supervision

Turnkey execution
Design and build under one contract: the studio carries the trades, the programme and the budget.

- 22–34 WEEKS
- Fee basis
- The design fee as for full home interiors, plus a management fee charged as a percentage of executed value. All trade and supplier invoices are passed through at cost and shown to you in full.

- Everything in full home interiors
- Contractor and trade appointment
- Programme management and weekly reporting
- Budget tracking with variation sign-off
- Quality checks at each stage
- Snagging and defect resolution after handover
Not included
- Structural works and statutory fees
- Society deposits and permissions
- Projects designed by another studio
